The TEJARA Global Business Development Center is a not-for-profit, nonpartisan organization that is creating an entrepreneurial international trade hub for Michigan based businesses by leveraging the multi-cultural knowledge and business networks of immigrant and minority populations. Programs and services at Tejara are designed to assist entrepreneurs in growing exports as a driver for Michigan job growth and economic development while strengthen entrepreneur success rates among immigrant and minority populations.

As one of the nation’s largest American Arab business organizations, the American Arab Chamber of Commerce was established in 1992 and has seen its role continuously evolve with the needs of the Arab American business community and the community at large. The American Arab Chamber of Commerce builds economic bridges by promoting and empowering the business community it serves on a local, national, and international level. Domestically, the Chamber is committed to strengthening its members through various programs, events and seminars. Internationally, the Chamber has made tremendous strides to foster trade and establish relationships between the U.S. and Arab countries. With a focus on business and economics, the Chamber’s objective is to initiate reciprocal partnerships to promote economic growth and integration, free trade, entrepreneurship and public/private partnerships.
